Welcome to the Mountain Empire

I put out all my signs on the way to the property with great enthusiasm for hordes of lookers on this lovely afternoon in SE Arizona. Arriving at the gate I was surprised to find it closed. There seemed to be a “quietness’ upon entering the property. Front door locked! Entering the home from a back door, there was surely no one home and surely they had not left thinking their real estate agent was holding an open house! Wow - what to do? Opting not to show a property that was a bit disheveled to say the least, I decided to cancel and do another day down the road. Of course, as we were leaving a truck pulled up. Just a neighbor with a neighbor’s curiosity.

Great week with lot’s of interest in my major listing, new opportunities and an offer submitted. I will also have a really special lot listed overlooking Parker Canyon Lake next week.
